I've been to Pioneer Landscape three times in the last 2 weeks to complete a home project. Each time the employees were friendly and helpful. Each time the employees made extra effort to be sure I got the products I needed.
Fix your hours
Contacted them via phone to purchase gravel. Gave very specific information about product needs and the help was "lack luster", at best. Not informative... couldn't give clear info and told me to call back another time since they couldn't find people to answer some of my price requests. Poor customer service. Went to another company who were very helpful.
