I’m honestly shocked that repeat customers—or any customers—can be treated so poorly. We arrived around 1:50 p.m., unaware that this location closes at 2:00 on Saturdays. This was a new location for us, and after parking and figuring out where to go, a male employee outside directed us to the sample rocks. We found what we needed in under five minutes. When we walked into the trailer to pay at approximately 1:58, we were met with an extremely unwelcoming attitude. There were four employees inside, and not one acknowledged us... read more
