We went there two weeks ago for soil and mulch. While loading our truck, they hit and damaged the roof. They told us they would reach out to provide insurance information to take care of this but it has been two full weeks, we have reached out twice, and we have gotten nothing. The soil we got from them also must have had a bunch of Tree of Heaven seeds- highly invasive- as they have been sprouting like crazy in our new beds. Hanna at Pioneer Landscaping was absolutely amazing! We had a few hiccups with our rock delivery, both with the timing and the size of the rock not being what we ordered. The rock was a bit bigger than expected, and Hanna proactively reached out to let us know it would be too large to move by hand, ensuring she'd get us exactly what we needed. So ridiculous!! I call on two separate occasions. Once to confirm that they were coming since they told me between 7 and 12. Lady on the phone tells me that she calls the driver and they are there loading up. That we are the next stop: Called second time because it now 4Pm and so other lady answer saying oh the driver just pulled in and we are the next? What the hell you told me this 3 hours ago. Not impressed! Ordered 3 tons of 3/4 inch rock for a trench drain, yard was an unorganized mud hole that I got the pleasure of driving thru 3 times, as they initially loaded 2.8 tons, then went back to pile and they loaded 4.88 tons total.(only 50+% more than I requested. Also, the employees on duty had personalities that lacked any care/happiness/willingness to make things right. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
