Staff very cordial, vehicle loaded with care by Jim. Product very disappointing. This is the second time this has happened on my purchase of inch and a half rock. This time is is MUCH worse. I bought a ton and got home with it and I had to spend four and one half hours with a helper sift out the squidgy and dirt. That cost me about $100 in wasted labor. Charged me for a half yard on 700 pounds of topsoil. (Half yard should be around 1000 pounds.) No manager on site, so I called their manager, left a message, got no response. Disreputable.
This place is a joke. Over priced big time and will only stay open till noon on a Saturday? Not to mention, I got the same rock being delivered from Longmont, Colorado material for $100 cheaper delivery fee and I live in Berthoud 5 block from this place.
I asked they dump the rock in the street - instead they put it right in front of my garage - so I can't get my car out and they refused to do anything about it.
