They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, maybe these guy's here at 7th street don't want my business.
I’d give zero stars if I could. First, I get there and they decide to inform me that I need receipt before I can get what I purchased. They said they couldn’t look my info up in the computer, which I find bizarre. So I leave, I come back with my receipt, they tell me to pull around and someone will help me load my product. I waited 15 minutes on someone. Finally someone showed up. We load the product, turns out they were short one. Offer me a refund. I was very pleased with the customer service when I visited the location. Just when the product was being delivered I got a call from office that I have to pay $20 more because I was under charged. I was quoted $80 for delivery but then they had a hidden charge of $10 as fuel surcharge or something, I saw when the receipt was printed. Then they added another $20.
