Excellent experience with this company. Had a fence encroachment dispute ( more of an affirmation) with neighbor and decided to give pioneer land planning a call. Owner Matt was very quick to respond with a phone call, only company to give me a call back, and quickly got to work. Within time Jim the surveyor came out and staked out the property confirming the property line. Both Matt and Jim are a prime example of what customer service should be like. I had a property dispute with my neighbor. Chris recovered the markers, staked out the boundaries, and sent me all the documentation. (I've had no problems since!) He was very fast and accurate. Later, I needed to divide the property into two lots. Chris' deep experience with surveying and knowledge of zoning laws allowed him to draft proposal and get them approved by the town quickly. Called twice two different days no answer...ok we all get busy. Called a third time a different day and left a voicemail regarding why i was calling and what services i was inquiring about as well as my contact information...two weeks ago. Never got a call back. Eh, maybe they are out of business and google hasnt reflected that yet. Oh well, not the only game in town. I suggest you start somewhere else
