Had a metal roof installed by Pioneer Co, yes it is technically a different name, but still the same business (bankruptcy works wonderful for isolating you from your past bad work). We have been dealing with a leaking skylight that they do not know how to flash/seal for the last 7 years, worked with them for 3 years and they never got it fixed apparently, as just found out it is still leaking. Pioneer put a metal roof on my house 4 years ago. It looked great when they got done but the quality is terrible. We have water leaking into our house the last 2 winters. I have called them at least 8 times and they have setup 3 appointments to come out and look at it. They have not showed up to any of their "scheduled" appointments. They don't return my call anymore. Not sure what else to do but try to warn others to avoid using them
