We recently had Pioneer Consulting do a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. From start to finish Mike was excellent to work with and extremely honest in his assessment of any of the issues that may need to be addressed. He was very thorough in his report and videos provided and even went out a second time to inspect outside due to weather (rain) during initial inspection.
