Pioneer was professional and kind throughout our whole process of getting heat-pumps. They gave us a great quote, coordinated with an electrician, scheduled us quickly, and were very courteous during the install process. They also helped me submit my rebate form! I still have to see how the work holds up over time, but as of now, we are very happy to have chosen them.
We had to replace our 10 year old mini-split recently...July 25th, one of the HOTTEST days (of many) this summer! Mike and Mason showed up early and installed a complete new system. They answered our questions and reviewed the ins/outs of the new pump. Working with Miranda and the office to get this replacement was seamless and though we had to schedule a bit out, they checked on us and also provided a bit of 'empathy' for the aging out of the unit. We purchased the original from them. EVERYONE in this review is COOL!

We have used them with pleasure for years This year our A/C stuffed a major breakdown in the beginning of a heat wave. The part is ordered but will take at least 10 days to arrive from GA. We are in our 70’s and were already struggling with the heat and humidity. Of their own volition, pioneer offered us the loan of a portable room air conditioner for our bedroom. Our relief knows no bounds! This is so above and beyond, it places their customer service above the stratosphere!!
