Unfortunately our mini-split didn’t want to cooperate in all in this heat. I contacted Pioneer Heating and Cooling and explained my situation. They scheduled an appointment. On the morning of my appointment their technician Sunny arrived. I gave Sunny a quick synopsis of what I was experiencing. We were impressed at every turn by everyone we dealt with at Pioneer. This was a comprehensive system overhaul - A/C, furnace, heat pump, etc. - and our point-of-contact was unfailingly patient with our endless questions about the pros and cons of different configurations. The workers were meticulous and careful, and left everything pristine. We are really pleased.
I recently had a new HVAC system installed. The installation went very well. Today I turned the new system on and it worked seamlessly. I am very happy with it and with the people who installed it. The company is always very responsive.
