We have used them with pleasure for years This year our A/C stuffed a major breakdown in the beginning of a heat wave. The part is ordered but will take at least 10 days to arrive from GA. We are in our 70’s and were already struggling with the heat and humidity. Of their own volition, pioneer offered us the loan of a portable room air conditioner for our bedroom. Our relief knows no bounds! This is so above and beyond, it places their customer service above the stratosphere!!
Couldn't have asked for anything better. Our AC died as the heat of the summer started. Our existing AC company had some snafus and delays with getting a quote and had a long wait for installation. After several weeks we decided to seek alternatives and reached out to pioneer. A family-owned company that has provided me HVAC service for many years. Chosen this year (over two other good companies) to replace older gas furnace with a heat pump and new gas furnace. Their information and estimate were comprehensive, understandable and customer focused. The staff who removed/installed were very hard-working, giving updates along the way.
