My experience at Pioneer Heated Storage has been excellent. The staff with whom I’ve dealt ( Lee and Nathan) have been professional, polite, and exceedingly helpful. We’re in the process of moving, so I hope my need for a storage unit will be temporary, but I’m willing to recommend this business and its staff to anyone.
Awesome experience. We rented for 3 years from them. Unit felt very safe and secure. We never worried about our stuff. Never had an issue and customer service was amazing! We only ever dealt with Lee. He was the best!
It’s been a joy working with Jeff and Lee at this UHaul location over the last couple years. Each time, they've been friendly, courteous and helpful. These two definitely put the 'service' in customer service. When you're renting, picking up or dropping off a UHaul truck, the process should be painless. Jeff and Lee make that expectation a reality! Very personable. I love this location!
Pioneer Heated Storage has been wonderful! We were there for almost a year and it is always clean. Lee is attentive, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place if you have to store things!
