Had a very harrowing experience of late having uvb treatment at the Skin Clinic and treatment was halted, apparently nursing staff aren't comfortable with my behaviour but upon enquiring what it was that I did wrong there wasn't a satisfactory answer; from either the management nor from the Doctor who said that quote" you push people to the Max "and when I asked him to substantiate his claim he said "you just do!"?? Just got back home, it was a most professional service, the DR was thorough, the question were on point, from reception to pharmacy these people are health care professionals. Highly recommend. Very customer focused.
Pioneer health is first a business
I have been to this practice twice over the course of 5 years and both times I have left in tears and absolutely powerless. If I could give them negative stars I would. This is the most judgmental practice I’ve ever set foot into. The doctors are incapable of empathy and unless you’re upper middle class and white they don’t really want to help, too bad 7 years of med school can’t teach empathy.
