Took them a week just to tell my partner that she couldn't have a script because she hadn't seen the dr recently, even though she's been on the medication/attending the practice for 3 years and just got the same script approved recently in November 2025 electronically. Subsequently booked an appointment to rectify, but Dr David Tadj was to busy being rude, pretentious and in their own world - declined despite Her medication is literally listed on their database under her treating doctor. Taken over a week to get a script repeat. Haven't had messages in over a week feeling incredibly suicidal. It's now Saturday and I can't do anything about it. It's not good enough this is absolutely horrible service. They clearly don't care and I don't know what to do
Overall practice is ok but had a appointment with Dr Broberg who did not listen to one thing i had to say as he thinks he knows what is best for me maybe you could try listening to your patient.that is why i dont normally bother seeing doctors
