Super fast fix after receiving a recall letter. In and out in 30 minutes!
Excellent customer service!
Had my tires rotated on my vehicle and went on vacation 3 days afterwards. While driving lost 3 of my locking lug nuts and found several more loose. Was able to find a local garage that was kind enough to check and tighten them to specs. Did notify the service manager that this was not the first time we had this same issue. They had to replace a lost lug nut before that they had not properly tightened.
