Have always had good experiences with Pioneer Florist. My wife and I don't buy gifts for one another because we have to much Stuff. With the storm last week I thought I need to do something for her Birthday she is a remarkable woman, and I'm blessed. I called for delivery of flowers was ask does she have a preference I replied she loves flowers I'll trust you will do alright with it delivered on time the most beautiful arrangement. Can't thank them enough.
I knew I needed to pen a review after receiving a phone call from one of the florists earlier today advising me that the flowers in my original bouquet order were unavailable, but that they would be more than willing to accommodate any replacements and would work with me on a design to match my original order. I went into this floral shop looking for something for my wife for our anniversary. I wanted to do something that was out of the normal when it comes to the flower arrangement that I wanted and this place knocked in out of the park. Thank you again for accommodating me on my weird request.
I live in Knoxville, TN, and wanted to send flower to my sister-in-law in Kouts for her birthday. I called Pioneer Floral and a very helpful staff member walked me through placing an order. The team went above and beyond to make sure the arrangement was delivered on the correct day and that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this floral shop and would not hesitate to use them again. They are awesome!!! 5 stars and two thumbs up!!! 👍👍
