I would give 10 stars to Pioneer Flooring if that was an option! Working with Mick and the installer was a great experience. Mick brought his store to us and he had so many samples of LVF. After narrowing down to one, he brought over a box so I could set the planks around the house. After deciding on the vinyl plank, Trevor installed it the next week along with new 5” trim. Can't recommend this company enough. The owner, Mick is insanely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. My husband and I had Mick and his crew install carpet about a year ago and were impressed with the quality and how it held up with 3 dogs and a toddler! We recently had a basement flood and needed the carpet replaced, Mick was incredible to work with and had it ordered/reinstalled within a week. Every carpenter we've met from his crew has also been prompt and organized. 10/10
I can't say enough great things about this company! I have used them twice. Both times the communication was excellent, the pricing was very reasonable, and my floors turned out amazing! I am super grateful, and had such a good experience with them!
