Always professional and reliable. Would recommend them for any deck, fence or patio cover job.
Extremely unhappy with the customer service provided by this company. Called and left messages over 4 times trying to get ahold of someone to come do an estimate. Finally after a week, received a call back and was able to schedule estimate. The guy who did the estimate was very nice and informative, but when I called to schedule a time to have the work done I was told it would be a two week wait (which was fine) and that they would call me back to schedule said job. It's now been 6 weeks, and still no call back...I shouldn't... read more

There is no confirmation written on it so Robert will be calling you in a moment and the two of you can speak. I'm not sure when you called to confirm but this is not the norm for our company.
