we recently had to replace our onground pool because of damage caused by the ice storm. The original installer was an absolute nightmare to work with on so many levels we were worried about the process again. This time we went with Pioneer Pools who use Encore Contracting to install the pool. First, the pool we bought was a solid steel onground pool with steel brackets to enforce it.
