Sorry for the delay in posting this review, but I wanted to share how excellent my experience was with Pioneer Pools for our pool closing. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail, which gave me peace of mind knowing the pool was properly closed for the season. Extremely poor service, I have contacted them more than 10 times about my hot tub service, I have called, left message, sent emails, I was able to talk to a person only 2 times and even though they said they will order the part and they will call me to book a service they did not, it is more than a year now My experience has been very bad
They shut down business too early for the season
Shannon and her team at the Vaughan location have been absolutely incredible, knowledgeable and helpful, she answered all my questions and concerns about all sorts of products. Thank you so much again Shannon for making my experience easy and enjoyable. Rob
Their website said that they had the cover in store, so I bought it because I needed as soon as possible. But they don't have it in store, only in warehouse and will send the material only in Tuesdays. So I will have to wait much longer... If I know it before would bought in another place. They are trick, and want to sell giving you wrong information, I don't like it...
