Terrible service. No response to online orders and it takes months to fulfill orders that end up being cancelled. Jan 2025 Update: The folks at Pioneer fixed the issue. I appreciate when companies do the right thing after a slip up. Special thanks to Fahim.

Edit: Dave from Pioneer reached out and addressed all of the issues for us, thank you! We've used this company to close our pool for a couple of years. The last time they closed the pool, they completely took apart the salt cell, filter, and all related couplings and left those outside the garage. Fast forward to this year, our pool heater leaked and Pioneer recommended that we get the heater replaced by their HVAC subcontractor "Jesco", and then call them back to open the pool.
