We had problems with our pool vacuum system called the dolphin we purchased at the Vaughan location, it was disappointing the year after when it wasn’t working, however Pioneer pools manager Faheem assisted to return it and upgrade to another model pay the difference and try again. We did that the year after the same unit that we upgraded did not work either? again! The vacuum would not climb the walls and altogether just stopped.
