Our experience with Pioneer pools was all around very successful. We felt supported and not pressured. We had good feedback from their experienced team and they helped us make good decisions. They completed the project in such a timely manner that was impressive. Even the team that came after to teach us how to run and maintain the pool was great. We texted him a few times for help with gas responses. Overall, I would highly recommend pioneer pools to anyone looking to build!

Long term customer, purchased my pool, hot tub and a ton of other stuff from Pioneer. Recently had an issue with my hot tub and I am having a frustrating time trying to get service. 1. Tried calling the Oakville location 3 times. Each time I was told they were so busy they couldn’t take or even queue my call and that I should use the online request. 2.
