replacement of 10 year old above ground pool liner. The installers of the liner, the plumber that replaced the skimmer and the office staff did an excellent job of quick and professional work Pioneer installed my pool originally 10 years ago and we have not had any service problems over that period, just a lot of fun with family and neighboursl The product was excellent and the work was great. I would recommend Pioneer for anything I need for my pool.
We purchased and had a hot tub installed by Pioneer last August, and our experience has been very positive. Chris was very helpful in guiding us in the tub that would best suit our needs, and his advice and recommendations have been so helpful to us as first time hot tub owners! The after sales service too is fabulous with the weekly water testing and guidance on the chemicals needed. I would highly recommend Chris and Pioneer Pools.

It was a great experience to work with Chris Currah at the Newmarket store, to find the perfect hot tub! With most companies these days offering minimal customer service, it was very refreshing to work with a knowledgeable staff member who was happy to help me with all my questions.
