With the help of Ben in sales and Matt in operations the deck was completed, Ben did give us a loner and while we struggled with the construction the blame should fall squarely on the company that made the product , we had to get several replacement parts from them and we needed the Pioneer pool team to figure out the instructions which were terrible. All said and done I appreciate the team effort at Pioneer.
I took a pool water sample in because my water was a bit cloudy. The results they gave me were so out of whack compared to my own test, I decided to go to another pool supply store and see what their test results would be. It's a good thing I did, for if I had done what Pioneer wanted me to do, it would have thrown my alkalinity and PH way out of balance. All they did was a strip test which I do at home.
The staff was very respectful and helped me get rid of the algae in my water, in under a week my water was crystal clear! This was very helpful as I am new to pools and received information on how to keep my water chemistry balanced.
