My wife and I were looking for a small hot tub for 3 max 4 people and I had read that Hotsprings made an excellent hot tub. We stopped in at Pioneer Family Pools in London On. and was treated by a very nice man named Ben House. He was very professional and very nice to my wife who had all the questions. He came in early 2 days later so we could try the tub and we ended up purchasing it. It was delivered yesterday by 2 very nice men Ryan and Travis who put the tub on our deck. Young lady showed me a sample of a nice thick pool cover inside the store. I agreed to purchase a cover the same thickness as the sample. When I brought it home and unboxed it, it was nothing like the sample they showed me. Super thin and a garbage cover.
I've rated Pioneer Family Pools five stars, not because it was a flawless and smooth experience (it wasn't), but because the entire team and, in particular Ben H, stuck with me through the ups and downs until I was satisfied with the final outcome. It is customer service like that, which creates long-lasting loyalty. I see myself continuing to be a Pioneer customer for many more seasons to come. Thank you to Ben, Jackie, Brian, and the extended Pioneer team!

This company is the definition of how not to run a business. We carefully chose and ordered a specific hot tub in the color we wanted, only to have the wrong one show up on delivery day. When I contacted our sales advisor, he casually brushed it off, admitting that corporate made a mistake on the website. His so-called “solution” was insulting: either keep the wrong tub or let them pick it up at no charge. That is not a resolution—it’s a cop-out.
