The staff are friendly, and the sales experience is strong, but friendliness only goes so far when you’re spending thousands on an above-ground pool. If you’re shopping for a new pool, especially an above-ground one, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I purchased a pool from Pioneer Pools in fall 2024 for installation in spring 2025. We saw a sale online and decided to check it out at Pioneer Pools London . We were met by Ben House and he explained different options . He was very knowledgeable about the hot tubs and was able to give us a good price on the tub we selected. We have it up and running and are looking forward to a great winter season in the new tub , Thanks again Ben
