Wow! We stopped in to take a look and ended up speaking to Hayley, who provided EXPERT and conversational knowledge on all robotic pool cleaning options… to all customers at once. Thank you! That kind of friendly and transparent retail help can be hard to find.
They don’t answer the phone. Every option straight to voicemail or rings non stop. Be prepared to drive to the store if you need to inquire about anything.
In a world of AI it’s great to have real customer service. After an exhausting argument with an AI chat bot for a pool part company warranty issue I decided to speak to Pioneer instead as I had purchased the part with them.
