Just called the Hamilton store and I was told that the service calls get forwarded to the Burlington location so I will leave my review here for my negative experience. Had a power outage yesterday. Came home later in evening to notice my pool equipment was all on. Strange as we closed the pool mid October. I went out to check as I could hear an angry pump. Great experience with Pioneer Pools Burlington! They had the best pricing on Treasure Garden umbrellas and CR Plastics furniture — highly recommend purchasing here. Allie was wonderful to work with, providing clear communication and an accurate quote. Our furniture arrived assembled about a month after purchase. Only minor feedback: delivery communication could be improved, as we received no notice before arrival despite the email stating otherwise. Overall, excellent products and service!
