Heather is AMAZING!!!! I had literally less than zero knowledge of what I needed to do to open up my first pool and get it ready and she helped me through everything in a way that I could understand. Did not make me buy anything extra in fact talk me out of things that I did not need Kind knowledgable and very patient. Absolute win with this staff member and company.
Great service
Convenient that they have most common items in stock, staff generally well versed to assist. Prices marginally higher than most. Staff used to be more knowledgeable and eager to assist, becoming increasingly more common for parts and products to be out of stock. Attended recently for a water test, recommendations to correct chemistry provided. The only problem was they didn't have 3 out of 4 common chemicals in stock. As a result O attended a competitor.
Just had a new liner installed this year by Pioneer. I wanted to give a shout out to the following: Mike and Ryan for the retro fit coping install, Max and Josh for the cutouts and especially Meg as she helped navigate thru a few issues in the process. Meg was great addressing our concerns quickly and with understanding. We are very happy with our liner install and Pioneer Burlington for their great work
Service is not as good as some other pool shops.
