Purchased a replacement sand filter that was 30 years old and had developed a crack. Store staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Service fellows did a great job installing, confirming operation and cleaning up afterwards. All in all a wonderful transaction.
Store itself is quite good, but the staff, is actually quite rude, been there today 3 of September, asked about specific sand that they Carry, To female employees started giving attitude, answering questions with attitude. Honestly you people don't want to work and be helpful, stay home and don't come to work! We come to a store to purchase staff not to listen to your nonsense remarks, and what happened after you to didn't make a sale, is that the purpose of working? We had Pioneer Pools install our gorgeous inground pool in late 2022. They were absolutely amazing! We only use Pioneer to open and close the pool every season. Brian guided us through the entire process of choosing the right pool for our needs and incorporating it with our landscaping design. Lisa and Ryan are fantastic at organizing the services we need and only use Pioneer to open and close the pool every season. I recently went to this store this week. And wow! What can I say except wow. Amazing staff. Thea was so helpful, such a kind soul. A pool angel from heaven helped me find everything I needed with ease and knowledge. I will be going back!
