Called about 7 times today. No answer. The 8th time, they picked up. I asked a few questions regarding an item and was put in an 11 minute hold.
I’ve been coming for over 10 years even though they’re nowhere near my house, because they installed my pool. I just drove here on a random Tuesday to test my water and buy my season’s worth of salt and chemicals, and to enquire arranging for a liner replacement only to find their teenage staff decided to close early and they were locking up as I walked in. So, I wasted a 40 min drive each way plus all the gas for my trip. I’ll find a new pool store.
I bought an Aiper N1 here. It has strong power and cleans very thoroughly. For corners and edges, you can let it run a few more times, but it's definitely a worthwhile investment. The stuff here is very friendly and professional. Also, I won a grand prize-I think for the whole year, every time I see this red cooler and the variety of other prizes, it will make me very happy. Thank you.
Excellent experience....I need to redo my plumbing for my pool, Paul spent a lot of time with me as we measured up all my fittings. Paul took the time to ensure everything was perfect! Prior this this, Charlie suggested I get all my measurements and fittings in tact, from there the team would assist. Incredible service!!! Well done!
