Great products! Customer service is terrible. They literally treat you as though they are doing you a favor by addressing you at all. But thanks to the rude woman at the counter I investigated other places to get hydraulic parts (for the tractor I had purchased from Pioneer). I found Central Supply Company in Fresno and they took care of me in 15 minutes. Rude woman at Pioneer had told me to go home and get the model # off my loader.
