I love pioneer. It's so nice knowing what your bill will be without any surprises. Ali has been my go to guy for the last 3yrs and Cynthia-I'll miss you guy's!! So sad this company sold us to Cirro.
Once my one year fix rate contract ( 8.14 Cent/Kw ) expired on 06-08-2018, I was with them for 5 days till 06-13-2018 and during that 5 days they billed me $70.18 for 308 Kw ( 3 times higher- 23 Cents/Kw ) and That is RIP OFF. NOTE: If you forget to Renew your Fix Rate Contract with them OR to switch to another Electricity Service Provider Before Your Contract Expiration date, Then Wait To Be Screwed by Pioneer Energy.
Scam!! Horrible customer service!! Contacted them several times regarding my expired contract so I can renew but they never responded!! After the expiration of contract, they charged me 10 times more than my contract price! Now I know why they never responded to they can charge me 10 times and take advantage of the situation! Stay AWAY!! Not worth it! Very dishonest and will take your savings in a month that you will save with them over a year! Will also report them to BBB
The minute my contract expired they started charging me 5 times my previous rate. My bill went from $177 to over $650. Also, their payment terms are so short that my payment was always late because I would receive the bill after I paid bills and it was due before I paid bills again. So I either had to waste time logging in and doing an autodraft or pay a late fee. Repeated requests to change my billing date were ignored. Horrible customer service.
