She is not only an exceptionally skilled general dentist who consistently delivers excellent results, but also has an incredibly “light hand” when it comes to administering anesthesia, doing fillings, and other procedures — making every visit as comfortable as possible. Quality straightforward Dental office. Efficient.
Went to Pioneer Dental for dentures and instead of taking molds of my mouth they just stuck some mouth guard in my mouth and said, yeah that looks good. I thought that was weird at first thinking I must be coming back for another appointment, but 2 weeks later they call me in and say my dentures are ready. Well this is what they gave me; oversized, crooked and not even close to real gums. See pics....
Brian is the most disrespectful customer service representative I ever encountered. I had not been to this office in a very long time but when I called I was told I had a $50 balance from an appointment I do not even recall scheduling but, I told the rep at that time I would bring that amount no worries. I received several calls the day of my appointment that Dr. Malick was ill and I needed to rescheduled and I did.
