Not sure about their credit service, but I'd think twice before dealing with a business where they would not allow a well-dressed and well-spoken person with a serious health issue (in obvious distress!) use their restroom because they "don't have public restrooms"! Thankfully the ladies next door at the Platinum Designs salon were kind enough to allow me to use theirs, even though it's not "public" either...
Fyi... telling someone that you are calling from a specific place is not private account information. Maybe you should update your employees on this. Just from the phone call today, lack of information, and attitude from the representative we will definitely not be using this company again for future purchases. I would rather go without making a purchase from ashley furniture.
