*do not move here if you have or care about your kids health* I have had to move out now because the landlord does not care that my 4 year olds room smell like marijuana and tobacco even with the windows close because the neighbors downstairs don’t care and smoke in their room and the smell comes through the vents. the landlord refuses to do anything about it. The Landlord is not even interested in resolving it, instead tells me he won’t say anything to the neighbors because he doesn’t want to upset them.

They discriminate against people with doctor notes for dogs.... the denied me said it was due to credit and rental history... my credit score is above 700 and I've never been late or evicted...

Does not allow WINDOW a/c units for "aesthetics". Expect to pay more for electricity and to struggle cooling your apartment with a floor unit that cost 3x as much. Get your deposit back? Probably not after the floor unit leaks into your neighbors apartment. What a joke. Go anywhere else and youll likely save when you consider your a/c will run 24/7 here. No thanks.
