Experience Lubbock's finest downtown living in a newly remodeled historical mid-high rise. The Pioneer Hotel was built 1925 when Lubbock was experiencing a housing boom. It was Lubbock's first premier hotel that was used to host civic functions, major events and other celebrations. They should have just restored this back to a beautiful hotel not some over price condo. If they really wanted to revitalize downtown, a hotel would bring foot traffic not condos. They could have fixed the ballroom for weddings. It just a total waste now.
Prices are way to high
It's come a long way the turn out is very nice
