I am a new patient of Dr. Pithadia. I think first impressions are everything, especially in healthcare. During my first visit to his office he went over my labs with tremendous detail and acted as though he had nothing else in the world more important than answering my questions. I should mention I am also brand new to concierge medicine and after he got me an appointment with a specialist in 3 WEEKS instead of 10 MONTHS I can tell you it’s a no brainer for me.
I recently joined Pioneer after years with a doctor who was part of a large corporate business. Dr. Pithadia and I spent over 2 hours together during my initial physical as he learned about me, my interests and my goals in addition to my health evaluation. 2 hours would have covered my last 8 years of physicals with my previous doctor. I have never had a doctor and staff that has provided more time, kindness, and thorough attention to my medical needs. If there is a question that needs to be addressed, a callback is within minutes.
