My furnace went out a few days ago and I called Pioneer. They said I needed a new one and gave me a choice of a 3700.00 or 6200.00 furnace. I chose the 3700 because of age(80). The salesman said the 6200.00 was energy efficient and quite so I changed my mind. Big mistake. This unit is so loud you can't hear the tv and it even shakes the wall. Brian Holland was the tech who responded to my AC problem. He was extremely polite and professional. I appreciate how quickly he came and how quickly he solved my problem. I highly recommend Pioneer Comfort Systems.
Our AC was not blowing cold air! We called Pioneer and they sent out Brisn Holland. He had it up and running in less than an hour! Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks a bunch!!!
