My Parent's house AC went out while they were on Vacation. My Father and me, troubleshot the AC for hours and couldn't fix the issue. Brian Holland came out within 30 minutes of us calling Pioneer and there were 3 issues the he fixed in less than an hour. He was awesome; he explained everything very well, was very courteous and worked fast. If they or I have an AC issue again, I hope we get him again.
Andrew was very thorough and professional! He quickly identified the issue and gave me all of the details needed to get us back going again. I highly recommend Pioneer
