Last night, 6.18.26, I called Pioneer because my A/C cooling was not keeping up with the outside temp. Set on 78°, but 82° inside.It was about 6:45 pm Friday night. My responding Technician was Lou Chavez. I was in the trades, before I retired, a worker like Lou Chavez is the type of employee and knowledgeable technician that every owner or supervisor can only wish for these days. WOW!! You hire the best people. Darius and Jayden were very thorough, professional and courteous. I don't know if I've ever seen service technicians smile so much. I could tell Jayden was new, but that quickly passed, because he had Darius to lead the way. They a make a great team. A complete review of services was explained in detail and I received an email of rendered services. I am consistently pleased with the services provided from PCS. Cudos to your team of technicians.
