Lazy staff. There might be good people but the staff we ran into did not care about us. What a waste of time driving over here.
Not being run by anyone with a hint of professionalism to contractors like myself. I had an issue in store and service person didn't want to help. I called as I walked away and asked to speak with a manager and whoever answered said one moment. Then came back on and asked questions as if screening whether he should transfer call. I never used this particular store. I've been getting materials from a competitor and will continue to spend my thousands of dollars at a place that is out of my way from home and job.
Wish they didn't have such a rude receptionist Jenny. I have a large backyard project that we're starting and this place missed out on our business just because of her. Not friendly at all on the phone offered zero help even when I was asking questions she stated "well I dont know what you need" all she had to do was listen because I was telling her what I needed.
