I called to cancel my unit after renting for a couple of months. They ignored and didn't pick up, so I left a voicemail requesting to cancel my unit rental, and left my first and last name, phone number, and the unit # I was renting. They ignored my request and continued charging my card. I had to cancel my card because of it. And now am being emailed past due rental balances of a cumulative two months now since I requested to cancel my unit rent, totalling $300. If I could I’d give them zero stars. I love Idaho and people are generally nice but this place doesn’t know customer service... it’s sad. Was treated very rudely over the phone when asking general questions.
