DO NOT use this bank. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Horrible customer service, and horrible service with online and mobile banking. Seems like they can't even do proper math. Absolute garbage.

Since inception had all our personal and business accounts with this local bank. UNFORTUNATELY they got really big through mergers and now they no longer care about the personal touch once the hallmark of their business. We are closing all our accounts. Pioneer does not respond to or care if it's customers are experiencing problems while they grow. That works both ways. My advise is find another local bank where people are treated like people not a number on an account.
