Fabulous service by Charles and Sean mounting and balancing some new tires. Appreciate the later hours & free air at their gas station. Would recommend!
They got my car in for an oil change at 6 PM with only 30 minutes notice and they were able to juggle multiple vehicles. They still had hospitality, offered me seating, Diagnosed other things within my car that helped me for talking with the shop about, and did it all under an hour. Can’t find that service often.
Tires changed, zero feedback in person or on paperwork about the condition of the tires or ANYTHING related to the vehicle. If you rely on the professionals that work on the car to tell you anything that could be important go elsewhere.
Attendant quoted $16 for a tire swap (summer tires and rims were already balanced) I checked with him 3 times before I said yes. I tried to pay upfront but he assured me I can only pay when the work is complete. Then an hour later I get the bill for $60. Talked to the manager who said he had bills to pay and his rates are competitive for the area. Might be true but way to mislead a customer.
Super helpful. Got me in extremely quick to swap a tire for me. Called and they helped me out immediately. I was charged more than what I thought it should have been, but it wasn't outrageous.
