Attendant quoted $16 for a tire swap (summer tires and rims were already balanced) I checked with him 3 times before I said yes. I tried to pay upfront but he assured me I can only pay when the work is complete. Then an hour later I get the bill for $60. Talked to the manager who said he had bills to pay and his rates are competitive for the area. Might be true but way to mislead a customer.
Super helpful. Got me in extremely quick to swap a tire for me. Called and they helped me out immediately. I was charged more than what I thought it should have been, but it wasn't outrageous.
Friendly and so helpful, they got me back on the road within an hour when I ran over a screw
Changed the tire as expected. Open late, Pioneer is working into the night so you can take care of business. Thank you to all the crew! Props to the owner! 5 stars!
