6 stars for Stuart and Darcy in helping me with the purchase of my 2022 GMC Sierra - delivered a couple of hours ago! They were quick, helpful and accommodating! They worked with me until I felt comfortable with the terms of the purchase. On top of it they had the truck delivered to my door 150km and 2 ferry rides away! Nice people and did what I needed them to do but 4 spark plugs cost me $474 dollars when the work was done so definitely get them to send you a quote before getting any work done here

Update: My issue is specifically with Pioneer Chrysler Jeep / Pioneer Pre-Owned in Mission, BC, where I purchased my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. I understand the other locations are part of the same Pioneer Auto Group, but they did not directly sell or service my vehicle. I’m leaving my detailed experience on the Mission dealership’s page and have filed a complaint with the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC about that location.
