Do NOT buy a vehicle from this company. The vehicle I just bought arrived DAMAGED. Which I told them right away before I took their delivery driver to the airport. They have had multiple opportunities to remedy the situation and refuse to do so. Lesson learned and will not be dealing with them again. I went here attempting to purchase a kia k4 with my wife. Mission location. The staff was very friendly and nice. They examined everything properly and even managed to get us an approval when no one else would. We did end up purchasing elsewhere but I was impressed by there staff. Considering going back for another vehicle soon. I see alot of reviews stating harassing phone calls. I have no had the experience. Maybe 3 times they have called. Once when I inquired online. The entire experience with Juliano and Brad was amazing and I really do appreciate all the hard work that they did to get me into my Malibu. This is a big part of my life and something I have been wanting for a long time now and the team did a fantastic job with hooking me up with my first car and thank you again to Pam for delivering to my location!
I was promised a call back on two separate occasion by the gentleman in finace . Still have heard nothing . We have moved on to a dealership that takes care of the customer
