I made an appointment with this company for 8-11am, by 3pm on day of the appointment nobody had showed up. There was no communication from Pioneer to an ETA and my phone calls requesting an update were not followed up on. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend attempting to use their service, incredibly disappointing.
Peterson from City Carpet Cleaning was excellent. I had three pieces of upholstery cleaned and pet enzyme applied. All my furniture looks refreshed and smells fresh. The technicians were professional, explained what they were going to do and let me know about additional services. I will be scheduling carpet cleaning next. Highly recommend their services .

Pioneer Air Duct Cleaning Service technicians are the best! The former tenants never cleaned the dryer vent, and they were very clogged that the lint was coming out of the side of the building. The technician quoted me a fair price within minutes of my inquiry, made me a quick appointment and showed up when they said they would. They were upfront and honest. Will use them again to clean the rest of the ducts!
