Called them to clean out an exhaust vent of a bathroom exhaust fan. I bought the $50 annual service contract since it was the same price as a service visit fee. This is a small job. The person they sent wanted $200 on top of the $50 I already paid for what would have been no more than 15 minutes of work. I know there are other expenses a business has to cover, but this was a ridiculous price. I think they spend a lot on an app, phone sales reps, and marketing.
