If you are looking for a company that has integrity and communicates well, DO NOT go with Pioneer Air (after the fact, we saw that they have an F rating on BBB)! June 2024 the owner Leo of pioneer air came to our condo & engagaed in a friendship with my husband based on both being veterans & the service they provided to this great country. My husband connected with pioneer air, he then purchased a brand new unit & hired pioneer air to install a 3 ton unit & blower. We thought all was fine until 2 months later with a new unit ....the AC compressor caught on fire while we were away, could of been a huge disaster but, thank god it only fried our entire new unit. Great price but unit was faulty and caught fire within 2.5 months, no response and a void warranty with no a/ c in the desert. Good thing they sold so they cant cheat anyone else.
Pioneer air has always been good to me and my family and have been honest with us about what we need for our unit. They’ve never tried to upsell us and have always taken time to explain our unit.
Angel was extremely polite and professional. Observed all covid precautions and wore booties all throughout the house. 10/10 would recommend
