CURRENT RESIDENT May 21,2024 I ve been living at Pioneer 2000 Apts since 2020, 4 years and they refuse to open the pool...they are still advertising that the pool is in working order .Another example of managements lack of professionalism is for 4years management allowed me to fully decorate around my apt. And today May 21,2024 I received a letter saying that I'm in breach of my lease and if everything isnt removed they will charge me 150.00 and they will evict me. Wow.
