I had a terrible experience with this business. The office staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue that came up. They never answer the phone at all! I would not recommend Pinon Sleep Center to anyone. One star is too many In response to the owners reply to this review: It’s very unfortunate that you didn’t get all the facts in this situation before responding. A full investigation may have proved worthwhile.
I have had a couple of sleep studies done at Pinion Sleep Center. Couldn't be happier! All the staff in all visits were friendly and professional. The facility was very nice and comfortable. Thank you Pinion Sleep Center for the great experience.

I was very nervous but the technician was very patient with me. I finally got comfortable.The rooms are very nice.
Just returned home from my sleep study. Tech was kind and courteous but could not sleep with wires on my face, in my hair, on my legs, on my chest and 2 tube devices up my nose with tape across my face. The fan wàs loud, made a knocking noise. I fell asleep holding my phone, tech came in and woke me up. She said it was interfering with the oxygen wire and makes the study look bad. 5 more mins and I would've dropped it and stayed asleep. That would be better than my completely failed sleep study.
