Part 2 Then came the parking sticker mess. I traded in my car and emailed Matt to request a replacement sticker. He told me it would be $250 for the new car, even though I’d just paid for one two months earlier. When I pointed out that the lease stated $100, he silently adjusted the charge — no explanation, no apology.
