Great place and lots of fun. I came with a group of friends to celebrate a friend's bday. Will be back!
We celebrated a friend's birthday here! We had a blast! We will be back for a future visit.
The food was great, but the service was terrible. We got one refill and had to flag our waitress down to get the drink, after we sat for 20 minutes waiting on a sever. All three of the people in our party refused to tip.
Arianna was an amazing waitress and stepped in and saved our night! However the rest of the wait staff was awful. Management needs a major overhaul. Our drink order got lost, my husband had to order his beer 3 times with our original waitress, before it showed up with Arianna. Our food order got lost Wich was placed by our original waitress and when she brought it out she sat it down at an empty table. Something for everyone! This is a safe and family friendly venue where the food and drinks are reasonably priced. It reminds me of Cheers with video games. The staff is awesome!
Visited last night. Place was amazing. Selection of games was mind numbing. Food was also amazing. Prices are not for those who are on a tight budget, but if you can afford it, it's a great time. Looking forward to going again once I'm back in Huntsville.
The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and the ONLY complaint I have is our waitress did not give us tokens that were due to us because of our drink orders and food orders, other than that we LOVE this place and the atmosphere! Just maybe remind the wait staff to include what the menu advertises.
