Everyone is nice and friendly food is good
Great food and service.
While visiting family in Victoria I searched for a good Tex-Mex restaurant and decided on trying Pinto Bean. I was not disappointed and my brother and sister-in-law also agreed. The food was flavorful and plenty, I had the Fajita Flameadas and they were superb. The restaurant was clean and a staff member was regularly circulating with a broom and dustpan sweeping up.
