Dr Annie Morrison has fantastic bedside manner. She is approachable and takes concerns seriously (especially those of women’s health which are often dismissed). I haven’t experienced any complex medical needs but can honestly say that for day to day concerns, I’ll recommend her to anyone!
At my appointments with Dr. Mercer, Dr. Pafford both explained everything and asked if I had any questions. I was confidant with their ability to handle my medical needs.
Never gets back to you ever with results and it’s very annoying and difficult
Absolutely horrific experience. This place is beyond incompetent. Instead of communicating like professionals, they punish patients for calling about their own medical results by threatening to send them back. Results are dumped into a portal with zero explanation or follow-up. The complete lack of care, accountability, and basic professionalism is shocking. They clearly have no respect for their patients. This is a disgrace of a facility—stay far away.
