Beautiful apartments and well-maintained property. Quiet and safe. Never any issues with management, always kind and helpful. I wasn't expecting to be so pleased with income-restricted apartment living and my son and I have been here 5 years. Location is good, close enough to jobs and great schools.
Cable and wifi does not work , management sucks , people like to walk around and steal packages, manegement fails to address property concerns to general clean/sanitary guidelines. No outside grills ,seating, no garbage cans. Lawn looks terrible back and front with no upkeep to caring how the property looks. Garbage dumpster is Unsafe with pests!
