I was recently at Pinstripes and I was not happy with its service. We first had to wait to be seated and after we were seated we waited even more to have our order taken. Our order was taken, but after a couple minutes we were told the dish we ordered was not available. The manager came to offer a new dish but upon asking him what kind of meat it was he stated that he did not know, he proceeded to tell us the other components of the dish. We celebrated my birthday on NYE here. The whole experience was perfect and my family and I had an amazing time!! We were sat immediately and the outdoor space was impressive. We were warm and comfortable the entire evening with plenty of social distancing between tables. Our server was punctual and our meals came out hot and correctly. Everything we had tonight was great! The Fig and prosciutto flatbread is fabulous, the avocado and bacon flatbread is delicious and the chop salad we had with gorgonzola, corn, figs and so many other things was absolutely delicious! And the service was great highly recommended

The food is way better than I expected. This is our second week here. Service is great and prices are just right. Great ambience especially outside. (They need to get the 50% off bottles of wine on Friday fixed. This is the second week that we had trouble where they are only taking 25% off)
beautiful expansive dining area outdoors under the wooden cover. Attractive gas heaters spaced intermittently throughout the area. Social table distancing not a problem. Waitstaff have always been pleasant and accommodating, even serving me a dinner Salmon entree I asked about that wasn't on the luncheon menu. And the Lunch menu was very adequate. I so enjoyed my experience since Covid has kept us away from the restaurants for so long. The best deal: Buy one meal get one free promo. Food was delicious!
