Had a nice man come out to give us an estimate on finishing our basement. He told us it would take a few days to prepare the estimate. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks, I called them. After having to leave 3 messages I finally got a call back telling me that the estimator had decided not to fool with our estimate. No reason was given and no courtesy phone call in the beginning to let us know of this decision.
