Pinpoint was the seller of the home we bought in St. Paul. They renovated it (believe they hired out to different contractors depending on job). Our home looks beautiful as far as the face of the house (brand new appliances, higher counters, new carpet and bathrooms, etc) However, once you look below the beautiful surface we have had so many issues. Poor remodeler hiring poor sub contractors... this double negative doesn’t equal a positive. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy a house from them. Telling you from experience.
