Overall happy with Pinpoint in general, however, the last tech who serviced our home did not bother to move our shoes and sprayed them with insecticides. We verified this by reviewing our security cameras. For the recent price increase we expected this common courtesy. It would have taken 2 seconds to move our shoes aside before spraying. They are also supposed to treat the fence at the zero property line which has not been done the last few times.

I had an ant invasion! Kipper from PinPoint spent over 2 hours at our home and as soon as the next day , the ants were GONE. It felt phenomenal to me. He also cleaned all the cobwebs on the outside, including from all the furniture. Our home looks and feels so clean. I would highly recommend PinPoint.
I am handling the details for tenting of my sisters home in Oceanside. My sister had a mice infestation. Pinpoint Pest Control has been FANTASTIC! Eric has been our contact and he has done EVERYTHING possible to make this process run smoothly.
