Had Paul out today to fix the leaking pool. What can I say! Absolutely great job. Highly recommend Paul. Gave me a few pointers and stuff Well done mate. Hopefully don’t need you back haha cheers
Paul from Pinpoint leak detection helped us on Christmas eve to fix an issue we were having with our pool pump. I had previously spent over $600 buying and installing a new pump, this did not fix the issue. Paul asked for a couple of photos, called and instructed me over the phone on how to rectify the issue. He did not charge for his time, just wished us a merry Christmas. Absolute legend, thank you.
We had Paul come over and fix a number of leaks on our pool liner. He was more than happy to show me how all of his equipment worked and he had the holes found and fixed in the pool in an hour. Top quality work and a great guy. Thoroughly recommend
extortionate pricing, over individual invoicing would confuse you even when they ask for cash for a cheaper rate the workmanship is absolutely terrible. silicone smeared with fingers around jet fittings, finger prints all over our glass fence and pool waterline. let alone on the concrete. they have absolutely butchered our poured concrete around our pool, with communicating a plan of cutting to match our expansion joints they have done the opposite " hack job" we are now looking to have a $6000 bill from someone with no resp... read more
Paul and Avril were contacted to find a leak in our pool liner. Very quick response and on site within a couple of days. Communicated throughout the process to make times and inform us of their arrival which is extremely helpful knowing when the contractor is arriving. Paul went into the pool this morning with temp around 11 degrees to place some patches and hopefully fix our problem. Advised to call back if any issues with the repair so great after sales service. Top bloke who knows his stuff.
