Brandon did a great job at our home inspection today! He was very friendly and the report provided was very thorough, we’re very pleased.
We use Pinpoint for all of our home inspections. Tim and Taylor are who we usually use and they are both beyond thorough crawling into those dark spaces under the home and in the attic to research and locate potential issues. This helps in both the selling side and buyer side, you want to locate these things before they come out later. The best!
The bald headed guy who did my inspection was an annoying and thought it was funny to find things wrong with my home. Once actual license and professional contractors came out. They contradicted just about everything he said. He’s incompetent and wasted a lot of everyone’s time.
