Husband booked this as a date night and paid in advance. We showed up and the place was locked and no lights on. Tried to call and now the number is disconnected. Never got our money back or heard back
I hate leaving bad reviews, especially considering the circumstances. I had put a deposit down for my daughters birthday party back in October. Unfortunately this was when the hurricane hit, and Heidi let me know the store had flooded. It’s been two months, and I still do not have my deposit back. It was hard enough that we had to cancel the birthday party last minute and I’ve tried to be understanding, but I see surrounding businesses around which had no flooding. No text no call no communication about a canceled class. Drove an hour and 30 minutes for a fun date night for a sign to say closed not even a reasoning as to why. Please don’t refuse a refund for this incident. Make things right.
